Description
Title IX is a fat quarter friendly multi-size quilt pattern. This pattern uses and easy stack, cut, shuffle and sew technique that is forgiving for beginner skills. Title IX is another ‘so much easier than it looks’ pattern!

NOTE: Title IX is a comprehensive federal law enacted in 1972 that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in any federally funded education program or activity. It is the foundation of many collegiate sports programs for women.
SKILLS NEEDED: All straight seams, some bias edges; mostly consistent 1/4” seam allowance; basic quilt finishing skills.
