It’s been a terribly frustrating week, so I’ll keep this short and sweet:
I found out last week that my website was NOT forwarding messages to me from the contact page (and hadn’t since the beginning of June). Which means it looks like I was ignoring people who wrote to me, to the point of me getting emails asking if I was still in business.
And then I discovered that my shopping cart was rejecting credit card payments.
And that some people never got sent their PDF purchases.
Yes. YES. I’m still in business! And I have it on good (and capable) authority that all is now working.
So if you wrote me, or ordered something you never received, PLEASE contact me to let me know so I can sort it out. You matter to me as a reader and customer, and as a fellow human. And I’m gutted that my system has made me look like I’m not responsive, or that I don’t care, because I DO.
Let me know so I can make it good, OK?
