I “hate” you! I can’t create in anything that neat & tidy. I would be totally lost on the clean. But love your work! Getting ready to make my Police Box. Using some unusual fabrics. Will be interesting.

Thanks for sharing

Your space is organised, works well and would be a pleasure to walk into each day. I have a small side table for my machine in our lounge/dining/homeschool room and spread to the dining/homeschool table for larger jobs e.g. cutting and basting. Of course I have to pack up each night but it is a good habit. It is a room which is central for our large family and I even set up a mattress each night to sleep on this floor at the moment due to my husband’s health issues.

I just put some new cubby style bookcases in my sewing room and am very excited to get them all organized and hopefully help de-clutter the rest of the room!

I do tidy up more than I used to, which makes it easier…hopefully one day I can get to such a immaculate space! Sometimes I would better in clutter…go figure!
Great post! Love the space!

I am so much more likely to use small bits of time well when I do that.

I love your studio. I like to put things away as I work, but the idea of planning exactly where to start the next day and writing it down is a good idea that I plan to adopt.

I also must have a tidy space for creativity to bloom. I can be pretty messy while working but love the idea of ending the day with a return to organization. Thanks for sharing your tips!
