Had genuine sausage rolls from a street vendor on a trip to London. They were brilliant!

Hugely popular in Ireland too and not just for the holidays. They also freeze wonderfully well. The are go to Christmas fare in our house and we always make up plenty in advance. They are easily reheated in the oven as needed, perfect for snacking or for when surprise guests show up. Oh and try them with homemade chutney if you get a chance – they are soooooo goood!
