It seems like only yesterday Sam wrote this but it seems it has been a while. I do “use” this article frequently and send it to others who tend towards perfection. It’s always a favorite of mine to go back and reread.

I have some friends in my ASG neighborhood group who need to read this. So I will be sharing with them.
As you know, Sam, I am not a perfectionist. Never have been. Never aspire to be one. I was a B+ student my whole life. I think that was a gift given to me long ago. “Good Enough” has always been my motto.
It really IS the thought that counts. So, Sew On!!! Have a blast! Do the best you can. We learn nothing doing it perfectly the first time. Right?

perfect ! :). and speaking of bumps not laying flat, i just got those in some pinwheel blocks. i think it’s too late to iron out correctly, but i’m sure the quilting will help to hide them.
