Sew H to EG (Rey’s toe to the background):
And sew the rest of the pieces to finish:

My chocolate this week is Marou 78% from Vietnam (via The Meadow). They had 4 varieties, ranging from 70% to 78%.
I found the 78% just a touch dark for me, although it wasn’t bitter like a lot of the super dark bars can be. And surprise – the bar looked like it had been quilted!
